Good morning from the Aviation Museum of N.H., where a little on-and-off rain won’t stop today’s running of the 5th annual ‘Run the Rail Trail 4-Miler’ run/walk.
The race starts at 9 a.m. It’s an out-and-back course, starting and finishing at the Aviation Museum of N.H., 27 Navigator Road, Lonodonderry, N.H.
Race day registrants are welcome; fee is $50 per entrant, with all proceeds supporting the non-profit Aviation Museum of N.H.’s youth aviation education programming. (Please note online registration is closed, but in-person registration will be open right up until race time.)

The 4-mile course is all set up and ready. The route includes a one-mile stretch of the Londonderry Rail Trail (hence our race name) that’s among the most scenic natural areas in the region.
Despite overcast skies and spotty rain, winds are minimal and the temperature is a relatively mild 50 degrees. So it’s a great day to get out and ‘Run the Rail Trail’!
Every entrant will receive a T-shirt, a medal, a great time getting outside with nice people, and the satisfaction of helping a good cause.
For more information, please visit the ‘Run the Rail Trail‘ page on our website. And see you at the starting line!
