Instead of hopping, he came by student-built airplane!
The Easter Bunny paid a pre-Easter visit to the Aviation Museum of N.H. on Saturday, March 28, where a crowd of more than 500 fans was on hand to welcome him.

The celebrated treat-bearing rabbit taxied in on a student-built RV-12iS, a two-seat recreational aircraft completed by students at the Manchester (N.H.) School of Technology.

After disembarking from the student-built plane, the Easter Bunny visited fans, posed for pictures, and gave out candy including chocolate Easter treats from Granite State Candy Shoppe.
Common Man Roadside was also on hand with hot chocolate, coffee, and Easter treats, all free of charge.

Young visitors enjoyed visiting the museum free of charge, engaging in fun family activities and learning about aviation as aircraft took off and landed at nearby Manchester-Boston Regional Airport.
The Easter Bunny was in residence at the Aviation Museum from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., when he departed for his next appointment courtesy the Londonderry Fire Department.
Many thanks to all who made the Easter Bunny’s visit possible. A selection of photos is below; for a more complete write-up and more photos of the Easter Bunny’s visit, check out our Easter Bunny page.
