This March, the Aviation Museum of N.H. is thrilled to announce the ‘Flying O’ the Green,’ an exciting activity for our Family Friday Afternoon event, where creativity takes flight from 1 to 4 p.m. During ‘Flying O’ the Green,’ children will have the opportunity to design and build their own paper airplanes using their imagination and colorful supplies.

The activity will be highlighted by attaching strips of tissue paper to their planes, creating a beautiful rainbow effect.
Once the aircraft are, well, crafted, kids will launch them in a fun challenge to see whose airplane can soar over the rainbow and land in a pot filled with gold coins!
As the planes take off, every child whose plane successfully lands in the pot of gold will earn a delicious chocolate coin as a reward for their flying skills.
Join us for an afternoon of fun starting on Friday, March 6 from 1 to 4 p.m., and on every Friday afternoon throughout March. (Yes, that includes Friday the 13th!) The Aviation Museum’s classroom will be filled with learning and tasty treats as we celebrate the joy of flight and the magic of imagination!
Family Friday Afternoon activities are suitable for children of preschool age, although older siblings are welcome to join in!
The Aviation Museum is FREE to all kids 5 and under; $7.50 for those 6-12; $15 for age 13 and above. Discounts available for seniors 65 and above, veterans and active military, and EBT card holders.
