No matter your rank or branch of service, we encourage all veterans to claim your ‘America is Free Thanks To Our Vets’ pin at the Aviation Museum of New Hampshire on Veterans Day, Tuesday, Nov. 11.

We’re open that day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. All veterans and active duty personnel admitted will be admitted free and be awarded an ‘America is Free’ pin to thank you for your service.
While at the Aviation Museum, learn about the rich military history of Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, once home to Grenier Field, a busy U.S. Army Air Corps and N.H. Air National Guard base that played an important role in the nation’s air defense during World War II and the Cold War.
Also, you can buy a copy of our new book, ‘Grenier Air Base: A Beacon on the Home Front’ autographed by author Leah Dearborn, the Aviation Museum’s associate director.
During a visit, the museum also encourages all veterans to tell their stories to our volunteers and to other visitors.
“Opening our museum on Veterans Day this year is just a small way to say thank you and pay honor to all those who’ve served the nation,” said Jeff Rapsis, executive director of the Aviation Museum of N.H.
Although veterans and active duty personnel are free, regular admission rates will apply to all other visitors on Tuesday, Nov. 11: $10 adults 13 and up; $5 for kids 6 to 12 and seniors 65 and above; kids 5 and under admitted free.
We welcome all veterans to join us on Tuesday, Nov. 11 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Aviation Museum of N.H., 27 Navigator Road, Londonderry, N.H.
See you at the Aviation Museum on Veterans Day!
