Just in time for the holidays!
The Aviation Museum of N.H. is in the process of setting up a kiosk at the Mall of N.H.
The kiosk, located near the Apple store, is designed to promote the museum, which is only two miles away.
So when shopping is done, visitors can go watch planes and visit our museum.
The kiosk will carry literature about the Aviation Museum and its programs. It also carries messaging about our most popular activities, including ‘Simulator Saturdays,’ our ‘Flights of Discovery’ summer camp, and the high school plane-building program.
The kiosk includes a QR code that takes visitors to a landing page on our website with a map showing how to get to the museum and more info.
The kiosk will also act as an annex for our Aviation Museum store. Visitor Services Specialist Christine Bates will staff the kiosk on a part-time basis during the holiday season, selling selected items from our store.
For this season, we’ll staff the kiosk on a part-time basis to correspond to the mall’s business traffic hours. We hope to eventually use the kiosk to sell memberships, recruit volunteers, and get involved with our organization.
The kiosk should be fully stocked and operational during the second week of October. If you find yourself at the Mall of N.H., hope you’ll find your way to the museum’s kiosk.
With the Mall of N.H. ranking as the third-busiest retail center in the Granite State, it seemed only natural to tell our story to so many people so close to us.
We’ll let you know how it goes!
