During N.H. spring school vacation week, families can enjoy not one but TWO Story Time activities at the Aviation Museum of N.H.
On Wednesday, April 30 at 11 a.m., the book ‘Amazing Airplanes’ will be brought to life by a cast of costumed characters.
Then, on the same day at 2 p.m., local author Lusann Wishart will read from her book ”The World Through Trippy’s Eyes,’ which includes a visit to our very own Aviation Museum as part of its story!
Both Story Time activities on Wednesday, April 30 take place in the Aviation Museum’s classroom and are free to all families. Special activities are included at both Story Time sessions.
Story Time at the Aviation Museum of N.H. is designed to be a fun mid-week family outing during school vacation week. The books are suitable for all ages, although Story Time presentations are geared toward young people up to Grade 3.
For families wishing to explore the Aviation Museum before or after story time, regular admission rates apply: $10 adults; $5 ages 6-12/veterans/seniors 65 and over; kids 5 and under free.
The Aviation Museum, located at 27 Navigator Road, Londonderry, N.H., was named ‘Best Place to Take Kids’ for five consecutive years (2021 to 2025) in the annual Hippo Readers’ Poll.
