‘Manchester Museums’ partnership launches with ribbon-cutting ceremony

The Aviation Museum of N.H. has joined three other non-profits to form ‘Manchester Museums,’ a partnership to promote the region’s diverse cultural attractions.

Other members are the Currier Museum of Art, the SEE Science Center, and the Millyard Museum.

The partnership was launched at a kick-off ceremony held on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2025 at the offices of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce in downtown Manchester.

Manchester Mayor Jay Ruais was on hand to deliver remarks about the value of cultural institutions to the city’s quality of life and economic activity.

Special guest Chuck Clark, board member of the New England Museums Association, hailed the partnership as a model collaboration that other cultural institutions could emulate.
